Send Credits — one-time email top-ups
Need more sends this month? Buy prepaid email credits from $10 — no subscription change, valid 12 months.
Send Credits are prepaid emails for months when you send more than your plan quota — a launch week, a big promotion, a daily series. They're a one-time purchase, not a subscription change: $0.50 per 1,000 emails, minimum $10 for 20,000 emails, then $5 steps of 10,000. In India: ₹999 for 20,000 emails, then ₹499 per additional 10,000, plus 18% GST.
How credits are used
- Your monthly plan quota is always used first; credits only burn after it's exhausted.
- Credits are valid for 12 months from purchase and roll over month to month.
- If quota and credits both run out mid-send, the send pauses safely — nothing is dropped — and resumes when you top up.
- Buy credits from Settings → Billing → Send Credits. Works with cards and UPI (it's a simple one-time payment).
Frequently asked questions
Do unused credits expire?
Credits expire 12 months after purchase. Your dashboard shows the balance and expiry of each purchase.
Do credits raise my subscriber limit?
No — credits only add sends. For more subscribers, use Grow Packs or the Custom band.
