Billing details and invoices

Add your name or company, address and tax ID once — every invoice is addressed from them and emailed to you.

Your invoice is addressed from your workspace's billing details: the person or registered company paying, the billing address, an optional tax ID (GSTIN in India, EU VAT number in the EU) and the email invoices go to. You add them once — at your first checkout or in Settings → Billing — and they're used for every payment after that.

Your billing country decides the currency: an Indian address pays in INR, everywhere else in USD. The checkout shows the exact total, tax included, before you pay.

Add or change your billing details

  1. 1Open Settings in the dashboard and go to the Billing tab.
  2. 2In the Billing details card, choose Add billing details (or Edit).
  3. 3Pick Business or Individual, choose the country first, then fill in the address, tax ID and invoice email.
  4. 4Save. Changes apply to future invoices only — invoices already issued keep the details they were issued with.
  • Only your workspace's admins can see or change billing details, pay, or cancel. Managers see the plan and usage.
  • In India, choose the state carefully: it is the GST place of supply. A GSTIN must belong to the same state.
  • Up to three CC addresses can receive a copy of every invoice, and a purchase order reference is printed on it.

How tax works

  • Haryana (our state): CGST 9% + SGST 9%. Any other Indian state: IGST 18%.
  • Outside India: IGST 18%, shown as export of services.
  • Send Credits bought in INR carry 18% GST.

Your invoices

After each payment our team issues an invoice from Layap Infotech Private Limited (InfluencersKit's legal entity) and emails it as a PDF to your billing email, with any CC addresses copied. Invoice numbers run in one unbroken series (IK/2026/…), and the PDF you receive never changes after it is issued.

Frequently asked questions

I need my company's GSTIN on the invoice — where do I add it?

Settings → Billing → Billing details. Choose Business, India and your state, then enter the GSTIN. It applies to invoices issued from then on.

An invoice has the wrong address. Can it be corrected?

Issued invoices can't be edited. Update your billing details for future payments and reply to the invoice email — our team will help with the one already issued.
