Add +5,000 subscribers for $15/mo on Creator, or pick any size up to 500,000 on the Custom slider.
Crossing your subscriber allowance never forces you onto a more expensive feature tier. Instead, your allowance grows in +5,000-subscriber steps: on Creator these are Grow Packs at $15/mo (₹1,399 + GST) each, up to 25,000 total. Above 25,000, the Custom plan's slider takes over — pick any size up to 500,000 subscribers with volume rates that get cheaper as you grow ($15 per +5k up to 100k, $12 to 250k, $10 to 500k).
Every step also raises your email quota — 15 emails per subscriber per month — so a bigger list always gets the same sends-per-subscriber as a smaller one.
How auto-grow works
- Your existing subscribers are never cut off when you hit your allowance — only new signups pause until the allowance grows.
- We email you at 90% of your allowance, and auto-grow (on by default) adds the next pack with a prorated charge when you cross 100%.
- Adding capacity bills the prorated difference immediately; removing packs takes effect at the end of the billing cycle.
- Paying by UPI? Mandates are amount-capped, so a pack change asks you to re-approve the new amount and applies from the next cycle.
At 25,000 subscribers a maxed-out Creator plan costs $94 — Pro is $99 with the same allowance plus API, webhooks, benchmarking and unlimited seats. That's the natural moment to switch.
