Design emails with the template builder
Use the drag-and-drop builder and responsive templates to create on-brand newsletters.
Send → Email Templates is your design library. Every template is mobile-responsive, and the drag-and-drop editor lets you rearrange blocks, swap imagery, and lock in brand colors and fonts without touching code.
Create a template
- 1Go to Send → Email Templates and create a new template (or duplicate one from the gallery).
- 2Drag content blocks — text, images, buttons, dividers — into place.
- 3Set your default subject line; broadcasts that use the template will pre-fill it.
- 4Preview on desktop and mobile, then save.
Working with templates
- Reuse one template across broadcasts and sequences for a consistent look.
- Personalize with merge fields like the subscriber's first name.
- A/B test subject lines on broadcasts to learn what your audience opens.
