Set up a custom sending domain
Send from your own domain for better branding and deliverability.
By default your emails send from InfluencersKit's shared infrastructure. A custom sending domain makes emails come from your own domain (e.g. hello@yourbrand.com), which strengthens your brand and, once warmed up, your deliverability.
How setup works
- 1Open Settings in the dashboard and find the sending domain / mail-from section.
- 2Enter the domain you want to send from.
- 3Add the DNS records shown (verification + authentication records) at your domain registrar.
- 4Wait for DNS to propagate and verify — the dashboard shows the status of each record.
DNS changes can take up to a few hours to propagate. If verification fails, double-check each record's host and value exactly as shown in Settings.
Deliverability basics
- Send consistently — reputation builds with regular volume.
- Keep your list clean; remove long-inactive subscribers.
- Avoid spammy subject lines and huge image-only emails.
