The free plan, your Creator trial, and the import cap
What's included free, how the 14-day Creator trial works, and why imports are capped at 250 contacts.
Every new account starts with a 14-day full Creator trial — unlimited sequences, workflows, integrations, custom sending domain, no branding — with no card required. When the trial ends you land on the free Starter plan: 1,000 subscribers, 8,000 emails a month, 1 sequence, 1 automation workflow, 3 landing pages, plus commerce (5% platform fee) and email ad monetization with a 60% revenue share to you.
The 250-contact import cap
On the free plan you can import up to 250 contacts (CSV or manual). Signups that arrive through your own forms, landing pages, and creator portal are unlimited up to the 1,000-subscriber cap — organic growth is never restricted.
This exists to protect deliverability for everyone: imported lists are the main source of bounces and spam complaints on any shared sending platform. Bringing a bigger list from Kit, Mailchimp, or beehiiv? Creator includes unlimited imports — and we'll help you migrate.
Double opt-in is enforced on the free plan, which also keeps your own open rates honest from day one.

Can I earn money on the free plan?
Yes — sell digital products (5% platform fee) and earn from email ads with a 60% revenue share. Many creators cover their Creator upgrade with their first sponsored placements.
