Click-Through Rate (CTR)
The percentage of delivered emails that receive at least one link click.
Click-through rate (CTR) is calculated as (Unique Clicks ÷ Delivered Emails) × 100. Unlike open rate, CTR is not affected by Apple MPP and is a more reliable measure of content engagement. Creator newsletters with strong editorial voice and clear CTAs typically see 2–8% CTR. Sponsorship pricing often references CTR alongside open rate because clicks demonstrate active reader interest — important for performance-based sponsor deals.
