Terms & Conditions

The InfluencersKit Partner Referral Program (the "Program") allows registered InfluencersKit users ("Referrers") to earn monetary commissions by referring new users ("Referees") to the InfluencersKit platform.

This Program is governed by these Terms & Conditions. By participating, you agree to be bound by these terms in addition to InfluencersKit's general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

To participate in the Program, you must:

• Be a registered InfluencersKit user with an active account in good standing
• Not have any pending ToS violations or account restrictions
• Be located in a jurisdiction where such referral programs are not prohibited by law
• Be at least 18 years of age

All plan tiers (Starter, Creator, Pro) are eligible to participate as Referrers. There is no minimum activity requirement.

To participate in the Program:

1. Log in to your InfluencersKit dashboard
2. Navigate to the "Partner Referral" section
3. Your unique referral link will be generated automatically
4. Share your link with potential new users
5. Track your referrals, earnings, and payout requests from the dashboard

Referrers earn a commission of 5% of the Referee's first paid subscription payment to InfluencersKit.

Important rules:

• Commission applies only to paid plans (Creator and Pro). Free/Starter plan signups do not generate a commission.
• Only the first subscription payment generates an earning. Subsequent renewals do not.
• The commission rate is set by InfluencersKit and may be updated with notice (see Section 11).
• The commission is calculated on the net payment amount after any gateway fees or applicable taxes where legally required.
• Both monthly and annual subscription payments are eligible — the 5% applies to the actual payment amount.

All earned commissions are subject to a 30-day holding period from the date the Referee's payment is confirmed. During this period, the earning status is "Earning Confirmed".

The holding period exists to account for refund windows, chargebacks, and payment disputes. InfluencersKit reserves the right to reverse an earning at any time during or after the holding period if a refund or chargeback occurs.

After the 30-day holding period expires without reversal, the earning transitions to "Claimable" status. Claimable earnings can be requested for payout from your dashboard.

Earnings pass through the following states: Earning Confirmed → Claimable → Payout Requested → Paid

Minimum threshold: You must have at least $50.00 USD (or ₹4,000 INR) in Claimable earnings before you can request a payout.

How to request: Navigate to the "Claim Payout" tab in your Partner Referral dashboard, select your claimable earnings, provide your bank account details, and submit a payout request.

Processing time: InfluencersKit reviews and processes approved payout requests within 7–10 business days.

Payout method: Bank transfers are processed via RazorpayX. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete bank account details. InfluencersKit is not responsible for failed transfers due to incorrect information.

Tax withholding: InfluencersKit may deduct applicable taxes from payout amounts as required by law.

An earning may be reversed (voided) in the following circumstances:

• The Referee requests a refund or initiates a chargeback on their subscription payment
• The Referee's payment is voided or reversed by the payment gateway
• The Referee's account is terminated for violating InfluencersKit's Terms of Service
• Fraudulent or invalid referral activity is detected

If an earning in Payout Requested status is reversed, the payout request will be rejected and the reversed amount will be deducted.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination and forfeiture of all earnings:

• Self-referral: Referring yourself or accounts you control
• Fake accounts: Creating or referring fraudulent accounts
• Circular referrals: Arranging mutual referrals to game the system
• Spam: Sending unsolicited referral links via email, SMS, or social media
• Misrepresentation: Making false claims about InfluencersKit's features, pricing, or the referral program
• Unauthorized incentives: Offering third-party rewards or cash to incentivize sign-ups
• Paid advertising: Running paid advertisements with your referral link without prior written approval from InfluencersKit

Referrers are solely responsible for determining, reporting, and paying all applicable taxes on commissions earned through the Program. InfluencersKit will not provide tax advice. InfluencersKit may issue earnings statements as required by law.

If required by applicable law, InfluencersKit may request tax identification information before processing payouts.

Rate changes: InfluencersKit may modify the commission rate, holding period, minimum payout threshold, or other program terms with at least 30 days' written notice to participants. Changes will not apply retroactively to confirmed earnings.

Program termination: InfluencersKit may terminate the Program with at least 60 days' notice. All confirmed earnings (Claimable status or higher) at the time of termination will be paid out according to the payout policy.

Individual termination: InfluencersKit reserves the right to remove any participant from the Program immediately for violating these Terms or InfluencersKit's general Terms of Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, InfluencersKit's total liability for any claims arising from the Program shall not exceed the total commissions actually paid to the Referrer in the 12 months preceding the claim. InfluencersKit shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
